The reviewers who loved this pillow commended it for being a great choice for side sleepers. One of them bought a set of these pillows two months before she wrote the review, and she was happy to find that they did not flatten out like other pillows, particularly those that were cheaper and bought from department stores. She confirmed that they were indeed extra firm, as advertised. Another buyer shared how she used to sleep on two sets of pillows; with this set, she found that 1 set was enough. Interestingly, she described these pillows as very soft, and she liked how they did not give her neck pain in the morning. At least one other reviewer also confirmed that “extra-firm” was not an accurate description, because the pillows were indeed firm enough for her taste, but it could definitely be misleading. Other reviewers also described these pillows as firm but not too firm, appreciating how they cushioned their heads just right.
