A satisfied reviewer thought that it was a good pillow. It was able to alleviate body pains even if she had to use an extra pillow to support her neck. This reviewer also stated that it was a good size since she was able to use it while sharing the bed with her husband and pet on a queen sized bed. She also shared that she likes to move around a lot when she sleeps and found that this easily moved with her in different sleeping positions. It was light enough to move. This reviewer also loved the fact that she could shape it according to her preference even the letter O which made it possible for her to sleep on her stomach.

This pillow did pose some problems for a few customers. One reviewer found that it was difficult to remove the cover and have it washed. The reviewer felt that the design made it difficult to take it off and there aren’t any zippers or Velcro to make the process of removing it easier. A woman of 5’2 feet reported that the pillow seemed to be too short and was just uncomfortable to sleep in. This reviewer said it was because it was too hard and despite all the different positions she tried to sleep in, none of them worked. Another reviewer said that the pillow made her hot at night and felt that the tag was in a bad position since it should have been put on the inside of the cover instead of outside.
