The reviewers generally found this to be a very luxurious pillow. Many of the reviewers were impressed with the packaging, described by one of the buyers as an excellent carrying case. This began the great experience they had with the pillow, as many of them had expected a “cheaper” look for such an inexpensive pillow. One of the reviewers described the feeling of using the gelled microfiber as being like “sinking onto a cloud.” She said it was nothing like anything she had ever experienced before with all the other synthetic down material she had tried. She described it as a very soft pillow that she loved cuddling with. Another user started off her review describing this as a pillow she did not want to share with her guests! She described the fill as retaining its shape and easily bouncing back, and the comfort level as comparable to other, definitely much more expensive pillows. She liked the microfiber cover too for being very soft.

Of course, given how soft the pillow was, some side sleepers seemed to have some problem with it. Despite that, though, one of the reviewers who were side sleepers commented that it still made for a nice pillow to cuddle with or sleep on her back or stomach with, even if she did not choose to use it as her primary pillow. In fact, at least two other side sleepers also did not have any issue with the softness, as they found it to be just right. Other issues with this pillow included its seeming to be a bit too narrow for standard pillowcases. They had no problems with the length, but the width was reportedly a bit too narrow, making for pillow cases that were a bit loosely packed. They commented that if it came in full size, it would easily have become the perfect pillow.
